The company has also confirmed that the Model 3 will come with a 7 kWh battery and a top speed of 190 mph.
The company has said that the vehicle will have a range of more than 100 miles and it will have “autonomous driving capability.”
The Model 3 is slated to arrive on June 20.
According to the company, the Model 2, which debuted in the U.S. back in 2015, will have an even larger battery.
The Model 2 has a battery capacity of 590 kWh and is expected to have a price of $30,000.
Tesla said that its Model 3 would be available to pre-order starting in 2019.
It will be priced at $35,000 and will be powered by a 7.0-liter V8 engine that produces 500 hp.
The new car will also have a “supercharging” system, which Tesla says will charge the vehicle in less than 10 minutes.
According to the automaker, the system will work on all Tesla vehicles.
Tesla is currently on track to have 100,000 Model 3 reservations by the end of 2019.
The reservation process is set to end by June of 2020.
The automaker said it plans to make the Model S and Model X, two of its most popular models, available in 2021.
The first of these vehicles will have the 7.4-liter turbocharged V6 engine that has been featured in Tesla’s Model S.
